Do you know that schools do not give the results of class and student council elections? Saying "Joe (or Sue) won," is not giving the actual results because they do not give the numbers. Also, in high schools that is where we can get real reform with instant runoff voting for a majority in one election every time. If Louisiana and New Orleans used IRV, we would not have December runoffs for congressional races. If you look at IRV at the above website you will be excited.
